Unless previously agreed upon, renter’s guests are not to go upstairs. If necessary, only the contact person will be authorized to go upstairs into the classrooms. Renter understands that if other guests are upstairs that their deposit will not be refunded and other charges could be incurred. Renters are free to use our kitchen, but renter is responsible for bringing all of their own utensils, plates, food, drink, and anything else used to serve meals. Under no circumstances, are renters authorized to use DELTA supplies. If renter uses DELTA supplies, they will be required to replace the cost for these supplies and will be subject to a usage fee. Trash bags are provided by DELTA and renters are free to use them during cleanup. The renter agrees to clean up after themselves and leave the gym in the same or better condition in which it was found. Renter agrees to take the trash out (bags provided), and check that the bathroom toilets are flushed. Renter is able to use DELTA tables, chairs, speakers, or other things discussed with owner if needed. However, if there is any damage to these items, renter is responsible for paying the replacement cost for a new item. Renter agrees that there will be no outside sale of concession unless previously discussed with the owner and listed on the rental application. Renter accepts full responsibility and liability for any injuries, death, or other harm done during the rental period and therefore absolves The DELTA Foundation, and all employees of The DELTA Foundation from any liability or responsibility for aforementioned injuries, death, etc. By e-signing above, I acknowledge that I read and agree to follow all of the rules and regulations as well as pay the rental fee and deposit fee outlined in the rental agreement below.
